In order to ensure that all resident needs - physical, social, medical and psychological - are met, our Director of Resident Care completes an assessment for each resident prior to moving in. This helps us create a baseline and establish a required level of care for each specific resident.
How It Works
Half of the assessment creates a baseline for the physical needs of the resident. Our Director of Resident Care will ask a series of questions that relate to your daily activities, personal hygiene, and habits. The other half is the administration of a cognitive test which allows us to see how you currently process provided instruction.
