Fifty residents were vaccinated at Lakeview Assisted Living earlier today. Residents, along with twenty staff members, received their first dose of Pfizer’s vaccine from the Calhoun County Health Department, according to Ganton Senior Communities. “I’ve owned assisted living communities in Battle Creek for 20 years and this has been the most challenging year by far, says Owner of Lakeview Assisted Living Scott Ganton. “Watching our residents deal with the restrictions that had to be put in place has been heartbreaking. This vaccine is a step in a positive direction.”
